I am relieved to hear it is for your daughter because I didn't want you to get hurt doing yoga if you are over fifty ;D jk

Dustin, I know you are just kidding :) You will be surprised to know that so many older guys have been doing this and they are extremely fit . This form of exercise is part of our Indian(INDIA) history.
