 What is the most popular font people use, like in plaques.  edward

I use a few different but the one I use most is Scroll Beach Italic

I use "Lucida Handwriting" in Word.

I use Hobo. It has curves which makes it easier to cut and looks nice when cut.

I forgot to add Hobo works best when making nameplates, etc .(see attached)  If you use it where you would use a stencil font you need to modify it.

to name but a few, really the list is endless

When cutting stand-alone text I like to use fonts with rounded corners - small errors are not so observable. Take a look at a big  Ariel Rounded MT Bold (80 point or bigger)
