Here is a live video feed of an eagle(s) nest in NE Iowa, near Decorah. 2 years ago you could watch the eagles take care of the eggs & chicks. Last year they set up the camera on the same location, but the eagles decided to nest elsewhere, therefore no pictures.
As of the writing, I think 1 egg has been laid.

Is this an actual live feed because when I saved it to my favorites list the caption said 2012?

Hi Gabby,
I posted the link. When I put it in Favorites, it shows up as "Decorah Eagle Cam 2014........."
The news media is broadcasting it as "new" again this year. Possibly try deleting it, close your browser, and start over.
There, I already told you more than I know. Try Googeling "Decorah Eagle Cam" and see what happens.
Not sure why our Favorites shows 2014 & yours shows 2012 (FYI. There was a 2012 feed).
I hope you can make it work.

That's what I finally ended up doing and I see in that link they have a bunch more snow on the nest, I'm surprised they start their clutch so early in the season, and with the eggs laid so far apart no wonder there is such a high mortality of the chicks.

Hi All. I posted the link. The local news reports that there is a good chance that all 3 eggs have frozen.
Please don't shoot the messenger.

Can anyone tell me if eagles will try to make another clutch or is that it for the year?

I think the 3rd paragraph here answers your question.

Thank you,
Only sort of, no mention of whether or not they would try to replace faulty or damaged eggs.
I know some do but not all do.

Have been watching for sometime now. Two eggs have hatched and looks like the 3rd will hatch very soon. It's interesting to watch as Mom feeds the young. She keeps her kill in the nest and about every 2 hrs she gets ups and feeds the young ones.

It is on the News today that the 3rd (and last) has hatched.
