Rimu had a post last week about having cold hands from the metal saw bench, I bought these gloves last week [98cent] and they are exelent, they are cotton with rubber dots on the palms and fingers

I certainly hope your gonna cut the finger tips off. I have done the same thing when I worked in the factory, but I have also learned how to crochet some. I made some for Jaun so the cold drafts when he drives does not hurt his hands. I leave the top completely open for all his fingers and make a thumb hole. I guess I will have to make another pair cause I seem to have lost mine.

I have sold many thousands of fingerless glove and in my opinion they do not keep the hands warm as the cold is absorbed up through the finger tips, this is the same as the head and feet, the only time I have to take those gloves off is to change a blade, they are OK for threading the blade through a hole
