Ok here is the good news on my knee. They took stitches out yesterday gave me full bending in brace and told me DO NOT GO BACK TO THE THERAPIST here, they gave me the exercises they need me doing. The therapist I was going to is the reason I had to have surgery. He really isn't very good. He had me doing exercises I shouldn't be doing yet. Anyway I feel great and am getting around good. The knee is stiff but they told me to message it several times a day to break up scar tissue. I am healing and plan to be back scrolling in a few weeks. Please keep the prayers going as I know God is in control of this situation. God Bless you all.. Hugs.. Sheila

Thank you all for the congrats, prayers and so forth. God is good and He is seeing me through this. I am sore but doing my exercises and flexes as I was told to do. Even through the tears. I don't like the meds they make me sleepy and my appetite is crazy. I'm not really hungry but know I need to eat. I need to get my mental going good with the progress I'm making but in the back of my mind I'm afraid I will do something wrong. It's been since October 7th since this all started. I'm ready to be pain free for a while. God bless you all. love and hugs... Sheila

Just do exactly as you are told and the pain will ease soon and you will be running out to the workshop. Take care my friend.
