Well here it is. Thank you Ray for the pattern and also everyone else that gave me choices. I made a video of this, but won't have it up until tomorrow night. Funny thing, I stack cut 5 at a time (bad decision) thinking I would get a head start for people wanting them, one of the letters broke on all other four of them. It was too crappy looking to try to fix or leave it be. So I now have some decorative firewood. It was do to the drift of the blade, so I think stacking two or three at a time should be fine.

Nice job Dustin and Ray. Too bad about the other 4, I hate when that happens......but it happens to everyone.

Thanks. Yeah I kind of saw it coming, but oh well.

Dustin you did good. How thick is that wood and what blade did you use?

Thanks. It is 1/4" Birch Ply. I started out using a #1 UR then went to a #5 UR. Everything went fine during the whole project except the "i" in massie at the end was cut through and I couldn't correct it to save any of them except the top piece with the pattern on. I have a video uploading to youtube now. I will have a link posted tomorrow when it is done.

looks good Dustin. You might try one with the everything outside the state boundary removed. I would look nice on a dark backer board.
