The picture is small and a lot of noise( shadow) on the left side of his face. I tried but unable to come up with any good pattern. If you have another bigger picture please post it then I can give it a shot.
Some of my other friends on the forum will give it a shot with the current picture.

Jeepman - I grabbed another image for Giorgio to render a pattern. From this image:
