I found this on the net I believe that there is no copyright issue could someone make a pattern of this i think it would be awesome

if you wanted to you could just cut out around the moon and the outside edge of the fire fighter , the only thing with that is the black section would fall out

I would just cut out the moon and use a light colored background.

I like the look of that, maybe I'm seeing it differently but to me that would be beautiful in birds eye maple and have the wood be the moon with the silhouette of the firefighter cut out, it could be glued to a black backer board and framed and I think it would look awesome. That's just my take on it though :-)
