Title: What order information for custom ornaments is put on website?

If you offer the custom name ornaments on your website, or Facebook, what do you use for the customer to give the information needed for Steve's order form, i.e. style of ornament, date if wanted and name for ornament?

What is your website link?

I don't offer his personalized ornaments on my site because I can't rely on time frame for delivery.  No slam on Steve he is swamped.
