you may want to check the copyright rules for this site. You can provide a link, but not a copy, of a protected image.

if I change this and put the words duke fan at the top and the persons name at the bottom then it would not be a copyright issue would it???????

@ ksaws The picture you posted is a copyright protected and cannot be posted on this forum.
Uploading a pattern of the Harley Davidson emblem is a no-no. Disney characters, School mascots, College mascots, NFL, NASCAR, NHL, MLB, NBA and some celebrity images, etc... are all on the forbidden list.

to russ c ....if I change it like I mentioned in the post then it would not be a copyright issue would it?

you are allowed to use the "insert picture" button (2nd from left) above to insert a link to the on-line image (Google Duke Blue Devils Images, click on the one you want, right-click and Copy Image URL, then paste the link between the tags).
Follow it with an "insert link" button (3rd from left) so the site address is visible (again paste the link between the tags). I'm not sure which image you were showing, but here's a sample:
