Why spend ?2.99 for a Woodcraft kit that you can put together in 15 minutes when you can spend all afternoon making one. ;D

That's Great Martin, your pattern.
Wood love to do insects like that and attach to the exterior of the house.

That fly looks swell.
That looks like a big portrait of your mother!

Thanks.
Merlin, it's not my pattern. Every time I go in a particular cheap book store, they have these laser cut kits and I generally buy one to do when I am bored. I throw the instructions away and treat them as a puzzle. I haven't seen the fly yet but I found a very poor copy of the pattern online. I think there's a couple of pieces missing compared to the genuine item.
Ray, that's the original of my mother from your pattern, I only cut it the once.
Martin, lord of the flies. :D

I made one like that once. Wife went EWWWW! and smashed it with a rolled up newspaper! Guess it must have been a little too realistic.
