5mm MDF stack cut. Thank you to EIEIO once again for the pattern. Hopefully that's the Star Trek fans around here sorted out at last.

Nicely done. Your MDF cutting looks very clean.

I hadn't given any thought to finishing them. I better give them with a warning that they might drop to bits in a few months. ;D
To be honest, I lose interest as soon as the pattern is cut, especially portraits, I just like using the saw. Out of all the ones I have cut, every single one is as it was when the last cut was made, I've never even got around to sticking backing on. Terrible, I know, and I certainly would never be able to make a living at it. ::)

Great job.

Nice job. Might consider just a shot of spray paint if you want and down and dirty quick finishing.

I thought about that, but I only have blue and glow in the dark orange. :)
