Hi folks. New Royal baby is George Alexander Louis. Known as His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge.

He is of the House of Windsor; doesn't that make his last name "Windsor"?

Not sure what it would be.  You can see online that Prince harry, williams brother, has a picture of him in military uniform and his name tag says Harry Wales.  His dad is the prince of Wales.

William is the duke of cambridge and wont become the prince of wales until his dad takes the throne so would that make the babys last name cambridge? 

Dont know for sure but seems to make sense.

Now cambridge is actually a title, and not a surname
when it comes to royalty they dont have a surname a such, but from time to time there are certain legal documents that have to be signed requiring a surname. In these cases direct descendents of the queen usually use the surname "Mountbatten-Windsor", in fact that was the name used by William on his marriage certificate.So I guess he will use the same
