Title: Email from the O'Toole Family

Today I received an email from Trent O'Toole the son of the jeweler killed, here is what he said;

Hi Marg,

On behalf of my mum and the rest of our family, I would like to say a huge thankyou to yourself and Don for the lovely carved picture you did of my Dad.

It was extremely kind and generous of you both to do this for us and we think it looks amazing.  It is now taking pride of place in mum's living room and we look at it every day.

Thanks so much again... we can't express how much we appreciated this!
