Isn't it some sort of LED light unit?

This is a picture of a 10 Watt Warm Light LED cluster. It operates off of 12 volts dc at 1 amp and gives out enough light that it could be used to replace a 60 Watt incandescent lightbulb without the heat. I am using one to light my saw table where I am working not more burt back of hand for this sawer!

I got 10 of them on Ebay for less than $18 and the driver circuit for it was $7
