I made the same concept of shelves out of whiteboard for a customer that wanted some and I liked how they turned out, so I made me a couple. Each one is made out of a 1"x12"x4' I got the wood for about $7 each and sold each shelf for $15. Does that sound reasonable? I would make double profit. Anyway this is what I used mine for to display the work that can't hang up in my room.

Those are nice shelves Dustin. Gotta keep them supported in the middle though. After a bit of time they will sag a bit.

Thanks, I screwed them into studs. The weight on them isn't much at all either. They should be fine... at least I hope. If they end up needing more support, I know the guy that made them and can get them done right quick :)

Nice shelves. They show off your work very nicely. One of these days I will make some shelves. I made a cabinet once. It was my own design and I made it for my wife's Precious Moments collection.

Nice work on the shelves.
As for the price, it's not too bad. Maybe 20$ each would be a better price. Depends on how much time it took you to make them.

great looking shelves, and some very nice work on them too. I'm not sure the shelves will sag in the middle as you have put a backer board along the whole length, which is supporting the shelf section. Just my thought on it.
