what is a good puzzles blades to use  and where is a good free safe site to get free scroll saw wooden puzzels patterns for the scroll saw.

What type of puzzles are you making. Jigsaw puzzles, standup puzzles or tray puzzles. If you make kids tray puzzles I recommend a bigger blade then the puzzle blade. The awesome tight fit can be frustrating to kids

Mike http://www.mikesworkshop.com/blades.htm (http://www.mikesworkshop.com/blades.htm) has Superior Puzzle Blades. Very thin (0.008") 31 tpi, meant for puzzle making.
