Title: Hello
Post by: tRazz on June 09, 2013, 07:04:08 pm
Hi my name is Tod, from North Port, Florida. I've been scrolling for about 10 years. I only scroll for my own pleasure. I never sell my things, only give them away. I have been on here a few times, but haven't introduced myself. I have been getting Steve Good's emails for a number of years and have enjoyed his craftsmanship and ahh, I don't know the word for it, but for him to come up with a new pattern daily, I find that really amazing. You will probably find me posting in the pattern help section for the most part, I just have a hard time taking a picture and making it possible to cut out. Thanks for having me here!

Welcome Tod, I'm Pete from Minnesota. If you need help with patterns, that's great, folks will help if they can. But please don't make that what you mostly do.
If you've been scrolling for ten years you must have things you can help some of us rookies with in "General Scroll Saw Talk". It would be great to see some of your work in the "Brag Forum", especially if one of our designers helped with the pattern. You can also drop by the "Coffe Shop" to interject some humor or add comments about other subjects.

Howdy Tod.   I also give my creations away.   I tell people that if I started selling my scroll saw work then it would become a dirty 4 letter word... WORK :-)

Hi Tod, I'm John from Huntsville,Texas. One thing I have learned over my 61 years,it doesn't matter if your good ,not so good or the best cutter -if you don't have fun and enjoy it , well it's just not the thing to do. I would rather sit in the shop and make puzzles for my granddaughter then eat. She is 4 y/o and thinks everything I cut is a " Good Job Pop, is that for me" and yes 99% is for here. Welcome to our little home, kick your shoes off and stay awhile. You are going to love it here.
