Title: bookends order

I was asked to make bookends for the finishing of a bible translation project,  as a present for someone who had been working for years on this project.

the project is called "footsteps of faith" (dutch: Voetstappen van Geloof)

so I made 2 bookends.
representing a DVD cover box with two crosses to keep it 'open'.
on one cross the footsteps going up (people) on the other cross the footsteps coming down (Christ)
in between I glued the 4 DVD's that where produced on the new testament. (each bookend 2)
on the bookends I placed the logo of the organization. (crown with cross)

bookends are 3/4" BB ply with clear lacker finish.
the cross is 1/2" beech with clear lacker.

Nice. I like the DVD holders - are those DVDs the product he was developing?

yes, these are the 4 DVD's but these 4 are glued to the cross.....
guess they have dozens of them, just along with all the folders/books they have and that come along with the study material.
