I am having issues getting my hands on some decent wood to use on my scroll saw around my area. I have checked out the local hardware stores and lumber yards, but unless you want to cut oak, pine, or popular you are out of luck. Any suggestions of an online dealer?
I appreciate anyones help

I have had excellent service from Ocooch Harwoods. Another good place is Sloans Woodshop. Ypu can find a link on the main web page of the forum under Links.

I just placed my first ever order with Ocooch tonight. I know they have a good reputation here so I am looking forward to see what I get. Since they ship ground UPS, I imagine it will get here next week sometime.

Contact a local kitchen cabinet maker. He or she may have scrap they will give you, and they can give you their supplier list for hardwood plywood. If you return some of the scrap as gifts they may add your order to theirs so you can get a bulk contractor discount. But don't become such a pest you interfere with their business.
