Title: Dolphin and Coral
Post by: ToverT on March 20, 2013, 12:08:55 pm
This is an interesting piece. Both pictures below are the same exact piece, no trick photography. Looking at it straight on it looks like a Dolphin jumping out of the water. When rotated 90 degrees it becomes a delicate piece of coral. It's only about 3" tall.

Thanks for Lookin'

Very nicely done compound cut Tommy.  Thanks for sharing it with us.  I have a book of 125 compound cuts that has that pattern and many more somewhat like it in it.  That is one of the more challenging ones.

NICE!, I bet that is neat when looking it in person, a video would be cool to see it change as you spin it.

Is that a Sam Keener pattern?
I have his book & his patterns are fun to cut.
You did a nice job on that.
