Title: Tough One?

I've had no success with this one.  Not the greatest picture to work with, but perhaps someone with more talent then me can make a pattern from this picture.  It's the Jersey Devil.

I tried a dozen times but just couldn't make it workable.  Thanks so much for the help!

To be honest I'm not happy with it but it's better than nothing I suppose, don't even know if it's worth cutting but at least you can work on this to make it cuttable if that's even a word. lol ;D
