Title: Another 1st Place Float

So for the third (3) year in a row we entered a float with my Grandson Gage in the  2013 Florida Strawberry Festival Baby Parade (http://www.flstrawberryfestival.com/). I am very proud to say that we have taken 1st Place again this year. It was a combined effort of about four family members from design to actual building the float.
 
Also 90% of the float was built from recycled materials. We spent a whole $50 on the float. There is a wanted poster on the front for the Strawberry Queen. It reads, Wanted for stealing my heart. $2500 reward.

If you type in strawberrys in the search field on the forum you should see my post from last year on the other 1st place float we built.

Great float, and ovbiously lots of work gone into it. I bet the lad was proud to be sat there.

Looking at the picture I can see why you got first place Russ, it's that lovely grandson of yours. (great float as well )

Now THAT is nice.   Love the little building.  I wish I had one just like it in my yard.

I TOTALLY AGREE with all.  Great Looking Float.  Looks Well Built and Yes I would

Congratulations for the second time in a row!!!!  Great job on the float, bet it was a lot of fun to do it as a family project.
