Day light savings time starts tomorrow morning for most of us in the USA. Don't forget to set your clocks one hour ahead before you go to bed tonight!

Today, Sunday 3/10, My wife and I are planning to fly from Connecticut to Colorado to visit new grand daughters.
By the time we endure the EDST in CT and the flight to Colorado, and whatever time zone that will be, I'm sure that my body rythem will be so messed up that it will take me several days to adjust.
Then one week later we will return to CT from CO.
Wow,will I be messed up. I won't know which end is up for about a week. I'm pushing age 74 and these changes really mess up my mind, sleeping and nap patterns as well as other bodily functions.

I set all the clocks ahead one hour. My dear Bride came along later and set the clocks ahead one hour. Sad part. We didn't notice until about 3 in the afternoon. Strange...:)

Silly Boy! she was going to get back that extra hr. of sleep you bothe lost the nite before ,and the set it back !
