b) guess they want more toilet paper????  8)

I think thats the NEW AGE ,politically correct ,international pictorial sign for Cat House,probabally sent to the wrong address ,Postal errors ,very common ,with cut backs !! I wood not Post Outside  front door!! LOL{ SHAME ON ME}
