Here are the cartoon cats that Ron made into a pattern for me, they have one coat of BLO on at the min, I'll give it another coat after sanding then 3 coats of lacquer to finish it before putting in a frame. Thanks again Ron for the pattern.

I just did something similar but I used a 2/0 R blade and it took a long time - having to cut the outline of each line on the drawing. Did you do that or was this a spiral blade and just one pass through to cut a line?

EIEIO, I used a #1 flying dutchman scroll reverse blade and cut each side of the lines, I find it's a lot quicker for me and there was no sanding needed after cutting as the blades left it perfect. ( I still can't get on with spirals lol)
