Title: I need your help with a pattern

I have a request for a hockey puck with the team name put into it like the one attached. The team is the Montreal Canadiens. A few years back I made a bunch of these with different logos on them but now I cannot find the site where I got it from. These are gifts for a friend and not for sale. Any help will be appreciated, Thanks

See if this is any help. It's drawn in Visio using a font that can be scrolled pretty easily. I can send the original, or scale it to a size that will work for you if this is too small.

The top is the wire frame, bottom is filled in to see what it might look like.

It looks super, I forgot to mention I need the accent over the "e"  in Montreal, that feature was requested, must be a French thing. If you cannot put it in I would probably be able to add to the pattern after the fact. size is no problem as I have access to a copier. It will be about 8 inches at the widest point. Looks great and is just what I was looking for, Thanks for your help.
