I have never scrolled before, but think that I would like to learn!  Look forward to the learning more about this hobbie! ;D

You from Florida Russ? Welcome to the forum! I'm Dan from Southern California.
My first suggestion to you is go out and get the best saw you can afford. Take it home, take it out of the box and set it up. Get some Flying Dutchman blades and load one in the saw, teeth pointing down and facing you. Apply tension to the blade, and cut some wood! Then come back here and ask all the questions you have. So, come on in and join the fun!

Speaking of saws, any thoughts on this :  http://stevedgood.com/community/index.php?topic=12746.0 . 

Still trying to figure out which forums are best for which topics.  I posted that under "General Scroll Saw Talk."  I hope that was the right place to ask that question, and that it was ok to post link on this thread?

Any thoughts?

We are a little chilly this morning in Central Florida, as well...current temperature is 46 (above zero) and the expected high is only 70. ;D
