I have been having a difficult time getting my projects to fit the way I would like. I think it might be due to the blade not being perfectly square on my scroll saw. From left to right I am square to my table, but when I measure it front to back it appears my blade is about 3 degrees out of square. Is this normal? I can't seem to see any type of set screw or place to adjust this setting.
Any help would be appreciated. I have a Dewalt 788.
Thanks
Dustin

I don't have a dewalt but have seen post about this, there is a site a guy has that has tune ups and fixes for the dewalt might be able to do a search and find it, or maybe one of the others that has one will post the link and now to.

Some of us have had some success in getting the blade perpendicular to the table by raising the rear of the table. I made this http://stevedgood.com/community/index.php?topic=12146.0 (http://stevedgood.com/community/index.php?topic=12146.0) and it works for me. Someone else (can't recall who) got a machinist to make a metal version.
Hope this helps.
