This is an "inclusion" box from Steve's catalog. You can include a memorable piece and encase it in the top with resin. I didn't have anything memorable to include so I made on of those little pebble feet on gold leaf material and encased that. I drifted a little on one of the corners and I couldn't get rid of it for anything!

Very nice. Did you make the basket with the goodies as well?

What did you use for the resin? I was looking at a can at AdvanceAuto, used for fiberglass repair, but I don't know how clear it would look.

I used ICE Resin. Goggle it and you'll find the web site. I use the fiberglass resin when I make some of my Deer Antler Knife Handles and it works fine for that. In this application, the resin has to be crystal clear. The fiberglass resin has a brown/tan color to it even though it says it is clear. You would not be able to see the item imbedded in the resin using the auto stuff.
The ICE resin is costly, but it's worth it.
