Title: Mermaid Puzzle

My neighbor asked if I could cut her a Mermaid Puzzle for her young daughter's birthday.  I only found one pattern with the word Mermaid cut out in the body.   I suspect a young child will easily break this pattern.

Does anyone have something more sturdy?
