Judy, that piece was designed by whitetail designs.  I checked wooden teddy bear and found similar patterns, but not the oval framed one you're looking for.

Bob Valle was one of the designers at Whitetail Designs, he designs for Creative Woodworks and Crafts magazine now.  Maybe you can contact him and he might be able to steer you toward the pattern.  His email; valle1968@yahoo.com  <--from CW&C mag.  Hope this helps!

Judy, there is a similar pattern in the Nov 2010 issue of Creative Woodworks & Crafts.  Thought it was the same, but it's not the oval pattern.

Judy, Don't have this pattern, but had to think about a trout pattern  (http://1.bp.blogspot.com/_H4SeWX9B8ms/SigFpv000SI/AAAAAAAACFk/iVXzkdUspKQ/s1600-h/trout.jpg) from Arpop

a fish is a fish right?  ::)
