Title: Puzzleman here
Post by: orangeman on December 14, 2012, 11:30:19 am
IBMer recommended this forum and I'm happy to be here. I can see aleady there is a wealth of experience here and some excellent ideas. Hope I can contribute in the future.
Always looking for new puzzle patterns, especially a fire truck right now. If I can't find one I will have to hit the drawing board soon as I've had many requests.

Check out my website and let me know what you think. I have some original designs and some familiar ones from books, magazines, etc. I should have my guitar puzzle patten published this year as a magazine has expressed interest and requested a write-up.

I'm currently on the craft show circuit and do about six shows a year in the Southeast. Keeps me busy and it is fun! I often will do custom orders upon request and have had some interesting and challenging requests (e.g. grasshopper, flying pig, ostrich, and Mike Mulligan's steam shovel to name a few).

Merry Christmas to all.

Welcome aboard.

Checked out your web site and some cool puzzles.

Question about the coloured ones.  Is that paint or stain?

Don,

I use food coloring on all my colored puzzles.

See the "colorful wood stain" subject under the General Scroll Saw Talk category. Some good tips there.

Hi Brian, welcome to the forum, I'm Keith from Cornwall U.K. I looked at your site, you have a lot of impressive puzzles there, to make them free standing I assume you make them from 3/4" stock?
