Well, my last show of the year is this weekend! YEA!! I have a 2 day show this weekend and am glad it is the last one for a while! I enjoy making items to sell, but, after a while, I just want to "play"! I see a lot of interesting patterns from ya'll that I want to try and some of my own creations I want to cut, without being on a "time clock". I guess what I am saying, it is time for the hobby side of scrolling now. I did not get into scrolling to sell my work, but, it "just happened".LOL So, until next summer, I can play with my saw! YEA!

I'm with you Tony! My last show is Dec. 8th. I'm fed up with making ornaments! I'll be done with those this weekend then, I have my honey do Christmas projects. It never ends!

I don't do shows anymore. For some reason wood crafts do not sell well here in Florida, and if you do sell at a show they want it for free. I just sell to individual requests. 8)

My last show will be Sunday. we arrive at noon, set up and will be away by 4:30. I stopped making things for the show last week and started doing other things. One thing about scrolling is that if you get tired of making one thing there are plenty of others. Like most of you, I do not sell to make a living ( or even a profit) but when I sell an item I at least get to cut another one!!!!! Sometimes folks ask - Don't you wish you were finished with that. I usually answer No more that you wish you golf game was over at 12 holes or the fish would just stop biting. I enjoy it that much?!
