Title: Trying to use Open Office Draw
Post by: arkiewood on November 19, 2012, 04:49:48 pm
I had seen a previous post about using Open Office Draw to do patterns for portrait scrolling. I have been messing with it for an hour and can't figure out how to do it.
Could someone offer me some advice.

Thanks,
George S.

George, The best advice I can give you is to download GIMP 2.6 and Inkscape. Both are free

I use open office draw for making patterns. WordArt, simple shapes, geometric designs and silhouettes and things like that. I have never done any portrait type stuff with it.
I use inkscape or gimp for portraits (both free programs)

I do have some tutorials for open office that I have sent around a few times, let me know if you would like them.
