Hey Rob  I use mine for phone calls and thats it!  Soon as the contract is up I'm going back to a dumb phone.

My hubby is about to get the new iphone at work he will have to have a one on one tuition on how to switch it on.  Lol

One of our neighbors can control his central heating via his cell phone. Takes me all my time to figure out the fancy controller on the actual boiler. ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::) ::).

I can remember when hand held calculators were NOT allowed in our schools just after "Texas Instruments" came out with them.  It was considered "cheating" in math classes! Now the schools provide computers for each student to do homework and write reports on!
If someone would have told me when I was in High School that I would be wearing a telephone on my belt that I could call anyone in the world at any time I wanted to, I would have laughed at them.
Where will technology take us next?

Hi Rapid Roger, here in Scotland they are trying to bring in a bill to ban the use of calculators in schools  and make the kids do it the old fashioned way. Pencil and paper!!!!! :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(.

hey Rog,
ever tried to give a cashier some extra small cash next a $20 bill and watched a pair of big eye's because she can't calculate this in her head, and the machine says her how much she has to give back from a $20....  LOL
