Title: shelf pattern

a woman at work asked me to make a spice rack for her kitchen, she wants it to be 3 foot by 3 foot with 4 shelves and the shelves to be at least 2 and a half inches wide ......any ideas????????????????

I don't have any help for you there BUT that is one heck of a lot of SPICES!

 :) I agree with GB,  You could make a box with the shelves dado into the sides of the box.  Give Google Sketchup a try, maybe get an idea from there. Or look for ideas on just Google images. There are a lot of ideas on there. Hope this helps a little.
