Post by: ToverT on October 30, 2012, 12:32:48 am
Steve,

Do you or anyone have a template to make the overlays for the tumb screws on the DeWalt 788?

Thanks,
ToverT

Hey ToverT, Here is one for the DeWALT: http://www.stevedgood.com/dewaltupgrade.pdf
And this one is for the Excalibur, but should fit the DeWALT: http://www.stevedgood.com/ex21knob.pdf

Thanks Dgman.  Ha, and I looked in the pattern tab on his site and didn't see that!  These darn eyes of mine!  Thanks again

Be careful ToverT, these can put a lot of torque on your blade holders.  I stripped my top one out after a short time.  I ordered two replacements and have gone back to the original thumb screws.  You might be alright, just my experience.  Good luck.
