Just an update on my day.... I went for a run but came back home after 2 minutes because I forgot something...
I forgot that I'm fat and I can't run for more than 2 minutes.
LOL...

Lol, I can relate, but been working on losing weight this past year Ive lost about 45 lbs. I dont run, but I do walk an hour a few times a week.

I play Pickle Ball or Badminton 5 days a a week for two hours (if I last that long, most of the time I do) at the Y. Haven't lost much weight but I am losing inches. Strange, and I do feel better. And it is not playing gentle, I am wet when finished. Try it you'll like it.. :)

My pickle came out of a Ball Canning jar, and I almos broke a sweat getting it open. Does that get me any closer?

Beat you there Rob, I can just about manage to walk 45 yards before needing a rest, that's assuming I don't fall over trying to get that far. I can only sit at the scrollsaw for 20 - 25 mins before needing to get up and move about (but the government reassessment of disabled people says I'm fit to go on jobseekers)

Hi Keefie, I'm just about as bad as you, I have angina, which kind of knocks out running, but I can sit for quite a while, maybe that's the problem. Sitting too long, Ha Ha.
