Howdy to ALL.... :+}
Just had to buy a NEW PC.... H/P with Bukoos of Power n Memory. It came set up with the BING toolbar. I use Yahoo as my Home Page and always rely on Google which I keep in my favorites for searching. Is keeping the BING toolbar good or not? Never used it in the past. Thanks for some info. Danny :+)

I've never been a big BING fan. I uninstall it on any computer I work on but it is a personal preference :D

I virtually NEVER use BING...I would dump it if it were on my 'puter.
Toolbars are no good to me for doing anything but taking up space.
Ther is a program available FREE for cleaning out preinstalled stuff on a new 'puter called "DeCrapifier'...
Search and see if you want to use it.

GB, I think that program name is so very apt, new computers come with so much crap on them they should only be sold with a good supply of toilet paper ;D ;D

Well I can see more Negs. about Bing than Positives, so I am getting closer to uninstalling Bing. Now....Would anyone say Yes to Google? I have gotten very use to using it for any and all searches. Wonderful program, but still am in a learning level about most everything. Tks again.... Danny :+}

Danny I have used Google as my search engine since it was introduced and I do a lot of searching and have NO problems with it at all.

Google is my favorite too. Never a problem and simple to use.

I guess i am the oddball as I have used Webcrawler (www.webcrawler.com) for years. It scans the whole web, including Google, Bing, Yahoo etc. If it's on the web, Webcrawler will find it. Never had a ounce of trouble with it.
