and where can I get some--those metal post that used in photo albums and the such--one end screws onto the other --I know some know the correct name for them--Richard

they are called screw posts.
If you want just a few of them go to a craft store and buy scrap book extention posts.
If you want 100, go to www.screwpost.com

I got mine at Lowes. They call them binding posts. I tried Home Depot but nobody there knew what I was looking for.

"Binder Posts" are sometimes available from Office Supply Stores.
Old fashioned way of binding accounting reports!

I have also bought some from a local hardware store and they were called "Chicago Screws".

I needed a few once and got them at Ace also.
