hi guys new here. any of your great pattern makers done any state patterns.if so could you share them

If you mean just the shape of the state.  Just go to http://images.google.com and type in the name of the state you're looking for.  Save it, print it, trace it, cut it and you're done.

Go to http://www.50states.com/maps.  You can click on the state you want it will bring up an outline picture of the state.  click on printable version and right click to save as a .gif  Now you would have a pattern for the state(s) you want.

one more person bobscroll saw put out a fifty oval state plaque set in 2012 you can find him posting in the scroll saw village web site
