2012 ornaments
« on: September 22, 2012, 02:39:19 pm »
pattern is from Creative Woodworks & Crafts holiday issue.cut those yesterday out of meranti board.the one in the middle i dipped in BLO/mineral spirits. the other two left natural. the one with the BLO had a chip came of the top other then that it good for scrolling if you live in a area where you can't get BB plywood or woods normally used as i am or just cant afford to buy it.

Interesting.  Nice job on the cutting, never heard of this product, will have to do some looking.  Thanks for sharing with the group.

Nice project. I am on a poor mans budget but have been finding tons of real nice oak wood. I have found several wood drawers that were in perfect shape but trashed because the rest of the dresser was broken. The wood in these drawers is in perfect condition and good for making ornaments.
